For the newly refurbished Planet Organic store in Muswell Hill, London, we designed and installed bespoke interior and exterior planting schemes to bring more greenery, texture and natural character to the space. Inside, a carefully selected mix of foliage houseplants creates a lush, layered screen around the store’s new seating area, helping to define the space while complementing the fresh, contemporary interiors. The planting combines different heights, forms and textures to create an abundant yet considered display that feels at home within the shop environment.

Outside, we introduced a series of planted troughs filled with a mix of evergreen shrubs, bringing year-round greenery to Planet Organic’s on-street seating area. The exterior planting softens the relationship between the shop and pavement, creating a greener and more inviting space for customers to sit, relax and enjoy. Together, the interior and exterior schemes demonstrate how thoughtful commercial plant design can transform retail spaces, using plants to improve the customer experience while adding atmosphere and visual interest.
